Josh is the Owner and CEO of RPM. He has over 10 years experience working in the Steel Fabrication Industry, specializing in programming CNC milling and turning centers.

Glen Parker

Quality/Office Manager

Glen serves primarily as Quality Manager to RPM. He also serves in other areas of the business such as Customer Interface and Procurement. Glen specializes in implementing and maintaining management systems such as ISO 9001, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and process improvement.
